I’m having trouble logging in. I keep getting the message ‘ERROR: Invalid email address.’ when I try to login?
Some common mistakes that people make when trying to login in that prevents them from doing so: Everything is case sensitive. So, you have to have it exactly as it is. Your username (email) may have to be all lowercase. If you copy and paste everything please make sure that there are no spaces before or after the username/password.
I place an order but have not received any login info or invoices for my purchases.
If you have placed an order you should receive 2 emails within 15 minutes of your purchase. The first will be your receipt for your purchase and the second should be your login information with instructions. Sometimes these emails go to your spam/junk folder so make sure to check there. I can’t remember my password. How do I change it?
To reset your password go to our login page and click “Forgot Your Password?”. This should take you through the necessary steps to reset your password. Where do I find the books and written materials included with my course?
Included written materials are eBooks or PDF files in your online members area. You can view, download and print them.
Will I receive DVDs in the mail?
No. We no longer sell or ship DVDs. Your course videos are available online through your members area. Check your purchase email for access instructions, or visit the member login page.
I bought a course but cannot find it in my members area. What should I do?
Check the access instructions sent to the email address you used at checkout, including your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, email support@attackstylewrestling.com with the course name and your order email address.
